Getting and enabling EDAC

Included in 2.6.16

Download "quilt" patches from CVS - this includes sysfs API, and AMD Opteron + Athlon64 support

Enable, and build the necessary modules

PCI parity error detection is off by default (due to flaky hardware)

Support should be in distro kernels soon
