Current project leader is Doug Thompson (Linux Networx).
Most recent Intel ia32 and EM64T chipsets are supported for RAM ECC status.
AMD 76x chipset as well as all Opteron / Athlon-64 CPU systems (AMD's 64 bit chips have the memory controller built into the CPU).
All PCI based systems are supported for PCI parity error checking.
See Wiki and/or Sourceforge page for detailed status (Google for "Linux EDAC").
Both PCI parity, and main memory ECC status checking are polled at the moment.
Full sysfs API support not yet in mainline kernel (work in progress) - without it you still get useful messages printed to the kernel message buffers.
